Drop Off & Pick Up

When dropping off or picking up students  during the school day, parents/guardians must enter the semi-circular driveway in front of the Chapel Hill 7th and 8th Grade Center (CHC). Parents/guardians can access the front of CHC  from Ben Davis Giants Boulevard (the driveway that leads to and from North Girls School Rd).  When coming inside CHC, all parents/guardians must show ID when meeting with or picking up their child during school hours.  Any other visitor must be listed on the student’s emergency contacts in order to see or pick up the student. 

Students should be picked up from school by a parent/guardian or member of the student’s emergency contact list before 3:45 pm, otherwise the student will be dismissed at 4:07 pm as a car rider.  All other car rider arrangements should be pre-approved by an administrator.  Third party car services such as ridesharing services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are not permitted to pick students up from school.
